On the occasion of Legendary Biju Patnaik's 99th Birth Anniversary, CM Naveen Patnaik has announced the Biju Patnaik Smart Campus Scheme. Rs 20 crores have been alloted for setting up of Wi-Fi facilities in 6 varsities, 46 govt and 23 non-govt run colleges in the 1st phase.
