Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik reiterated that the agrarian economy of the State has been severely affected due to curb on cooperative banks in exchanging demonetised currency notes.Addressing a gathering at the Raja Bunglow ground at Balishankar of Talsara Assembly constituency in the tribal-dominated Sundargarh district on Tuesday, the Chief Minister said he has impressed upon Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to reconsider allowing the cooperatives banks to exchange the banned `500 and `1,000 notes.
