In a bid to make approval of building plan hassle-free for the purpose of house building in urban areas of the State and also to obtain the requisite no objection certificate (NOC) from the various departments in a stipulated deadline, Odisha Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik launched e-BPAS (electronic Building Plan Approval System) at the State Secretariat here.The Chief Minister also laid foundation for 100 more urban drinking water projects the simultaneously, dedicated 100 more newly-built pipe water projects at an estimated cost of Rs 272 crore. This would benefit 10 lakh population residing in the urban areas across the State.
