The Odisha Government has decided to start the ‘Mo Bus’ service in the Panchayats in the State.
The ‘Mo Bus’, the most popular state-run public transport service, will run from blocks to Panchayats.
In the first phase, as a pilot project, the bus service will operate in the GPs in the six districts of the State. The districts are Koraput, Nabarangpur, Rayagada, Malkangiri, Kalahandi and Gajapati. Then, the Mo Bus service will be expanded to all GPs of the State, informed Commerce & Transport Department Principal Secretary Usha Padhee.
