CM Inaugurates India’s First World Skill Centre in Bhubaneswar

With an aim to make Odisha a global capital of trained manpower, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the India’s World Skill Centre in Bhubaneswar on Friday.

“Today marks an important milestone as we add a new chapter in the skill ecosystem of Odisha”, Naveen said while inaugurating the centre at Mancheswar Industrial Area in the capital city.

Speaking on the occasion, Naveen said, “Skill Development has always been a priority for my Government. Our aim is to meet the aspirations of the youth as well as create a pool of increased opportunities for them. Lot of emphasis is being accorded by my government to short term, long term and advance skill training through industry collaborations and certifications”.
