Odisha to Set up Memorial Remembering Covid Warriors

Odisha Government has decided to set up a memorial in Bhubaneswar in memory of Covid warriors who have laid down their life in fight against COVID-19.
Patnaik also spoke to the family members of the Covid warriors through video conferencing.
” The State always remember the sacifices made by the Covid warriors. Year 2020 was a difficult year and had poised biggest challenge due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The immense courage exhibited by the
Covid warriors to tackle the pandemic will be long remembered, Patnaik added.
A memorial will be erected in Bhubaneswar and names of all Covid warriors who lost their lives will be inscribed on it,” said the CM.
